Wow. On an occasion Carson Daily’s late night show will actually redeem itself, and it is almost always by the selection of music guest. Tonight there was a guy by the name of Brett Dennen. He is phenomenal. I strongly suggest you check him out immediately.

Just found out that The Swell Season (Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova from the film “Once”) will be stopping in Pittsburgh on Sept. 21st on their upcoming tour. The show is going to be at the Byham Theatre. They will be joined by Iron & Wine along with Bill Callahan on the tour. Should be an awesome show, get excited.

Just picked up Francis Chan’s new book “Crazy Love’ from good old Barnes & Noble tonight. Going to spend the next few days laying on the beach and checking it out. Prob. have some posts about it in the near future. Hope all is well wherever you may be.
